your coach can accurately plan and help you to execute a training regimen that will help you achieve your goals.

The Complete Triathlete strives to provide triathlon coaching using the most current, state of art techniques to help make
improvements for athletes speed and endurance.
 I will provide you with a customized training program.  Your plan will be
based on your physiologic base lines and personal goals and include quality workouts and rest, while taking into account
work, family, and life's little curve balls.  I am deeply committed to customer service and maintain the highest standard of
commitment to my athletes.  

I believe athletes of any level can strengthen their performance with the use of purposeful workouts.  Let me show you the
way to a healthy lifestyle and exciting triathlon experience.

The process starts with an in-depth interview/questionaire, so we can evaluate past fitness and training, and set racing
goals.  This process is very important as it will help to tailor the best training package for you.


TRAINING PACKAGES:


One on One COMPLETE Coaching:  $70 per hour  


The COMPLETE Package:

Rates:
Setup    $100
Monthly $150

Includes:        
Customized 4-week training cycle
Training cycles include:
-  Description of daily workouts (time and/or distance)
-  Goal that each workout will accomplish
-  RPE
(Relative Perceived Exertion) or HR (Heart Rate) zones for workout
Re-evaluation of training zones every 4 weeks
Peak and Race week planning
Race nutrition planning


                       $250 (Setup + 1st Month)  

             

The COMPLETE Package Plus:

Rates:
Setup    $100
Monthly $200

Includes:  
Customized 2-week training cycles
(allows closer monitoring of progress)
Training cycles include:
-  Description of daily workouts (time and/or distance)
-  Goal workout will accomplish
-  RPE, HR, or Power zones for workout
Re-evaluation of training zones every 4 weeks
Plan adjustments allowed for goal race changes
Peak and Race week planning
Pre-, Post-, and Race nutrition planning
Race day strategy with pre/post-race phone calls


                       $300 (Setup + 1st Month)
